These Lawrence Hardware Steel Heavy Weight Commercial Hinges are tough, time-tested steel hinges that support industrial-grade doors. For medium and heavy doors, anti-friction concealed bearing hinges provide excellent support, smooth action, and long-lasting performance. Each concealed bearing is made of resilient engineering-plastics that act as a cushion for the door and a self-lubricant with an extremely low wear factor. HEAVY WEIGHT: Thickness is .180″ (4.6mm) for use on medium to heavy-weight doors that have medium to high frequency service. Fit for commercial or residential application. (Standard Weight hinges are also available) STEEL STRENGTH: Steel hinges offer stronger load-bearing capability for heavier doors. They are also long-lasting and more resistant to abuse, tampering, and high temperatures. ANTI-FRICTION BEARING: These anti-friction bearing hinges use concealed and resilient engineering-plastics that provide a self-lubricant and very strong bearing surface. The nylon acts as a cushion for the door and has an extremely low wear factor. INTERCHANGEABLE: Lawrence Hardware Hinges are manufactured to precise ANSI/BHMA Specifications (A156.1). These specs ensure interchangeability with other Template Hinges. PROFESSIONAL QUALITY: These commercial hinges are certified as ANSI/BHMA Grade 1 (A156.7) for high durability and strength.
