I was pleasantly surprised with the high quality of this ab bench. Assembly instructions are clear and only 2 open end wrenches and an allen wrench , both of which are provided, are needed to assemble. The product description is very accurate. It is semi-professional with a heavy duty frame, quality upholstery and stitching. I can tell that a lot of thought went into the design of this product. Even the attached wheels are heavy duty roller blade style wheels. I’m 6 ft tall, 200 lbs and this bench fits me well. The ankle and knee rollers adjust easily and are comfortable. Angle of decline is also easy to adjust but you should know that it will not adjust to a completely flat position like a regular bench. Fair price for a good bench.
