I have reduced circulation in my legs. I was ordered by my doctor to put on a fitbit and walk several miles a day and do so many flights of stairs. Neither of which my knees appreciated nor did I at 2 am when the weather was bad and my only option was to walk or take a bunch of really nasty medications that still didn’t fix the problem.I’ve tried treadmills and stationary bikes and not liked either. Someone recommended this very unit. Salvation.Lightweight and it does come in parts, but easy to assemble. It fits under the coffee table. The stirrups do have a couple of snap notches for adjusting. I put this next to the couch, slouch a little, put on the earbuds and fire up my tablet and start in. The range of motion is excellent and easy to do-very little effort. It has resistance but I have it ‘free’ mode because what I need is the muscles to move and naturally force the accumulated fluids and that back out. This does it with minimal impact to my hips, knees, and ankles. It is almost mindless to get it started and just pump away until the legs feel better. No more restless legs and that strange ache. I don’t push it hard or fast, but at a moderate steady pace. It’s not really sturdy enough for fast or hard, but for what I do need, it’s perfect.Best investment of ($17.06 plus tax when I bought it). I don’t care about fancy, I just care about results. It has given me back a lot of sanity. No more doing that strange bouncy bit with the legs (fidgeting on steroids). No more walking in weird weather. No more something taking up that much space and I hate using it. I give this five of five stars and two of two legs.I need to go on a long trip soon and it will come apart and fit in a suitcase-it will be a bit of a space eater but it will break down to fit in one of my wheeled suitcases. Win-win.
